Last night the 8th “Lean Start-up” Meet-up took place in Stuttgart. The topic of the November’s meetup was the minimum viable product (MVP in short), how do we design a MVP, what goes in and what stays out and ultimately how do we capture and deliver value with the firs release of our product.
I personally have to extend my deepest thanks to Brian, how did a great job in sharing with us his personal experience in building a service based on the MVP approach, moreover in an industry which hasn’t seen much change in the past few centuries (church bell repair industry). I was personally astonished to find out that a MVP can actually be a bunch of papers and no coding is needed; of-course this doesn’t apply in all fields.
With some great input for folks who are actively involved in corporate entrepreneurship our discussion lasted a bit over 2 hours at the end of which everybody said that this was the best meet-up so far in Stuttgart. Let’s just hope that the next one will be even better 🙂
Last but not least, again, many thanks to our host, Harald and the Coworking 0711.
