The 6th “Lean Start-up” Meet-up in Stuttgart will focus on metrics. What metrics are most commonly used by start-ups and SMEs, how can they be improved and why are they relevant for the businesses. We also want to touch base on what metrics should entrepreneurs in any given company state/size use (example: is revenue relevant for early stage start-ups? which start-ups? how relevant? why is it so?)
The basis of our share experience meetup will be the “Funnel Matrix” model by Brant Cooper and the AARRR model by Dave McClure (?) and the question of cohort analysis vs. cumulative analysis.
